$60,000.00 – T-bone Collision
This young lady was driving down the road when a sheriff’s deputy, who was coming from the opposite direction in an unmarked vehicle, suddenly turned on his lights going at a high rate of speed and entered the intersection on a red light, t-boning our client. Our client suffered back and neck injuries. The Sheriff’s office refused to offer any monies to settle the case. This case was vigorously litigated and taken to trial where a jury awarded her $60,000.00.
